A new visual writing system has been developed that people can easily read, but many artificial intelligence systems have difficulty recognizing.
AzEdu.az reports with reference to foreign media that the experimental project called "Ghost Font" was developed by designer and programmer Erik Lu.
Unlike ordinary fonts, the system uses motion effects, visual noise, and special patterns. While the human eye and brain can combine these elements to read text, many artificial intelligence models cannot properly analyze the image.
The project quickly attracted widespread interest on social media. However, experts say that Ghost Font is not a completely impenetrable barrier for artificial intelligence. Shortly after the project was released, some researchers were able to successfully read the text to artificial intelligence using appropriate analysis methods and special prompts.
According to experts, Ghost Font is not a complete protection tool against artificial intelligence, but rather an experimental project that demonstrates the differences between human vision and computer vision.
