According to information obtained by AzEdu.az from foreign media, the court sentenced the teenager to a total of 100 years in prison on charges of murder and involvement in a criminal gang.
According to the investigation, although the defendants intended to target another person, 26-year-old Dayla Swain was accidentally shot and killed during the armed attack.
It should be noted that, according to US law, Jo'Majze Larry, who was under 18 at the time of the crime, can apply to the court for a review of his sentence without the prosecutor's consent after serving at least 20 years of his sentence.
