With what scores can candidates participate in the competition?
- During the admission of candidates to the selection stage, various minimum scores are required depending on the number of students in the school and the type of institution.
a) For example, a candidate must achieve a result of 85% or higher in the test examination stage of certification, in the teacher recruitment competition, or in the diagnostic assessment test examination for teachers, for educational institutions with more than 501 students, as well as for lyceums, gymnasiums, boarding-type lyceums, and gymnasiums;
b) For other educational institutions, a candidate must achieve a result of 70% or higher in the test examination stage of certification, in the teacher recruitment competition, or in the diagnostic assessment test examination for teachers.
Who is given preference for schools, lyceums, and gymnasiums with more than 501 students?
- The sequence of invitation to the interview for educational institutions belonging to this category is as follows:
a) directors working in institutions under the local division to which the vacant institution belongs, deputy directors working in the vacant institution, and organizers of extracurricular and out-of-class educational work;
b) deputy directors and organizers of extracurricular and out-of-class educational work working in institutions under the local division to which the vacant institution belongs;
c) teachers working in the vacant institutions;
d) teachers working in institutions within the district (city) where the vacancy exists;
e) teachers working in institutions under the local division to which the vacant institution belongs;
f) citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan who meet the relevant requirements.
How is the selection made among candidates with the same results?

In what form is the recruitment process carried out? -
Within the period stipulated by legislation from the announcement of interview results, and after document verification, an employment contract for a period of 1 year is concluded with the candidate who has filled the vacant director position. After this period expires, considering the academic performance of the school, the contract period may be extended or concluded on a permanent basis.
