Meetings were held to ensure effective communication with the heads of preschool educational institutions under the Baku City Education Department (BCED).
The Department informed AzEdu.az that the meetings, which covered preschool educational institutions in the capital, were attended by Zenfira Sevdimalı, Head of the Public Relations Sector of the State Agency for Preschool and General Education (SAPGE), Basharat Mammadov, Head of the Media and Public Relations Sector of BCED, Rena Aslanova, temporarily acting as Head of the Preschool Education Organization Sector, and the heads of preschool educational institutions.
Basharat Mammadov, Head of the Media and Public Relations Sector of BCED, delivered a presentation on the importance of effective communication in the management of educational institutions and the establishment of a unified information exchange. The sector head spoke about the importance of forming an open communication environment for the public in the activities of preschool educational institutions, as well as effectively establishing information exchange among educational institutions. Discussing factors influencing the strengthening of mutual trust between preschool educational institutions and the public, B. Mammadov touched upon the significance of regular information exchange with parents and the efficient implementation of communication on internet resources.
Zenfira Sevdimalı, Head of the Public Relations Sector of SAPGE, spoke about the importance of building public relations based on modern approaches, cooperation with media, purposeful use of social networks, and other crucial aspects. Valuing effective communication as an important component of management, Z. Sevdimalı stated that prompt information dissemination and joint initiatives with parents are factors directly influencing the public reputation of preschool educational institutions.
Rena Aslanova, temporarily acting as Head of the Preschool Education Organization Sector of BCED, speaking about the steps taken to increase the role of efficient management in preschool educational institutions and raise the professional level of educator-teachers, stated that all these efforts contribute to the formation of a favorable environment for the comprehensive development of children.
During the meetings, questions of interest to the heads of educational institutions were clarified, and an exchange of views on relevant issues took place.
It should be noted that the main purpose of holding the meetings is to increase the efficiency of public relations work, improve communication strategy, and strengthen the effectiveness of cooperation mechanisms with educational institutions, parents, and the media.
