In society, the upbringing and psycho-emotional development of children should be in the spotlight as much as their exam results
AzEdu.az reports that this was stated by the Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev at the conference held in Baku on the topic "Sustainable development: family, women and child policy".
According to him, public figures and government officials should do their best to improve the education and quality of life of children:
"It is extremely important to build a work model based on mutual cooperation. Unfortunately, sometimes discussions are not for children, but simply around children. However, the main goal should be to understand the real needs of the child and find appropriate solutions for them."
The minister noted that child upbringing is an important issue that requires special sensitivity:
"Upbringing issues are complex and it is not always easy to measure upbringing. Nevertheless, it is very important to bring upbringing issues to the forefront in schools. The formation of a value-based education system can create a basis for the upbringing of healthier, more responsible and thoughtful individuals for society."
