Turkish 10-year-old student Lina Saka has attracted international attention with her success in mathematics.
AzEdu.az reports, citing Turkish media, that she became the first in Turkey at the American Mathematics Olympiad held in the USA.
Lina Saka later achieved great success in the mathematics category of the STEM Olympiad, which involved participants from 153 countries. The young student became the world champion by achieving the maximum score – 100 points – in the exam.
Following her successful result, Lina Saka earned the right to represent Turkey in the international final in the next stage. The final stage is planned to be held in Italy.
It should be noted that Lina Saka's success has generated significant interest both in Turkey and within the international educational community. She is expected to achieve even greater accomplishments in the fields of mathematics and science in the future.
