Application submission has started for the scholarship program at doctoral level and in the field of research for the 2026-2027 academic year in higher education institutions of Turkey.
AzEdu.az reports that the deadline for applications for the scholarship program has been set as February 20, 2026.
It should be noted that candidates who will apply for the program must apply to the respective electronic application system of both countries. The deadline for electronic applications to the Azerbaijani side, however, has been set as March 2, 2026.
