In the Absheron Peninsula and Baku city, intermittent torrential rain is expected from the evening of December 9 to the daytime of December 11, intensifying in some areas.

On December 10, throughout the day, there is a possibility of continuous and heavy rain in separate areas.
Due to the expected intense and heavy precipitation, flooding in some areas is not excluded.
In the regions of Azerbaijan, intermittent rainy weather conditions are expected to continue from the evening of December 9 to the evening of December 11, with snow expected in mountainous areas. In separate areas, it will be intense and torrential, and there is a possibility of precipitation further intensifying in some parts of the Guba-Gusar, Central Aran, and Lankaran-Astara regions.
An increase in water levels in rivers is expected, and short-term floods are likely to occur in some mountain rivers.
