After successfully passing the certification process, teachers are considered certified and are provided with a relevant certificate by the Ministry of Science and Education.
One of the main points of interest for teachers, especially those who will be involved in the certification process for the first time this year, is how the certificate will be presented, what information it will cover, and how its validity period will be determined.
According to the news provided by AzEdu.az, citing the “Rules for Teacher Certification”, the certificate is provided to teachers in the form of an electronic document.
The certificate is prepared through the “Centralized Education Information System” and is placed in the teacher's “Personal Cabinet”.
According to the rules, the certificate is approved with an electronic signature, and its authenticity can be verified in accordance with the law “On Electronic Signature and Electronic Document”.
According to the rules, the certificate reflects a number of details about the teacher. These include the certificate number and date of issue, the date the teacher participated in certification, the validity period of the certificate, surname, name, patronymic, date of birth and FIN code.
At the same time, the name of the educational institution where the teacher works, the subject taught, the language in which they participated in the certification, and the scores obtained in the test and interview stages are also recorded on the certificate.
A copy of the electronic certificate on paper can be notarized.
All information on the certificate is written in Azerbaijani.
At the same time, the document states that the certificate grants the teacher the right to engage in pedagogical activities in state general education institutions.
