In recent years, the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in education is valued not only as a technological innovation but also as a strategic and philosophical turning point. AI has already begun to change traditional teaching and learning models. Thus, personalized learning opportunities, automated assessment, and dynamic presentation of lesson content are becoming a reality.
Will artificial intelligence make education more accessible and inclusive, or will it further deepen existing social and technological disparities?
Commenting on the topic to AzEdu.az, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Zahid Məmmədov of Azerbaijan, Russia, and Turkey noted that artificial intelligence is a very serious auxiliary tool:

"It is a close friend for teachers, both in the teaching process and in scientific research. You give it tasks, and a knowledgeable, capable professor can determine if those tasks are correct. Of course, it can sometimes provide incorrect information. To prevent these incorrect pieces of information, you must, of course, know even better than it does.
Yes, AI supports us in certain searches and topics. The most excellent transfer of knowledge in the world is possible through the professor-teacher staff. I believe that the most effective learning is face-to-face. Here, we are talking about an honest, ethical teacher. From this perspective, I think that artificial intelligence cannot replace the teacher. Unlike previous years, the teacher no longer transmits knowledge but plays a kind of conductor's role. The teacher has millions of pieces of information at their disposal. They select the best from this information.
You know, today there are billions of pieces of information on the internet. How can we know if this information is correct or incorrect? Which source should we use? First and foremost, one must be capable. Artificial intelligence faces very significant challenges.
The main mission of world universities is to instill moral and civic values. You might train very strong specialists, but you might not be able to train citizens. The university trains the finest citizens".
