AzEdu.az Education Portal and higher education institutions continue to award students selected according to special criteria within the framework of the "Brand Student" project, implemented with their joint organization.
Today, “Brand Students” studying here were awarded with the joint organization of AzEdu.az and Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU).
The event was attended by the founder of AzEdu.az Education Portal, chairman of the Parliamentary Journalists Union Elşad Eyvazlı, chief editor of AzEdu.az Education Portal Ləman Novruzova, employee of the communication department Mehti Namazov, deputy deans, other university staff and students awarded this status.
At the event, the opening speech was delivered by Mehti Namazov:
"AzEdu.az has been presenting this project for 3 years now, and this is highly commendable. Through this, students serve as examples with both their academic and social activities. We congratulate the winners once again on behalf of the university".
Elşad Eyvazlı wished success to the students:
"The project aims to create a productive competitive environment among students and to improve their knowledge and skills. This process not only creates conditions for young people to discover their potential but also becomes an additional source of motivation for applicants. I wish all winning students to always be a "brand"".
Ləman Novruzova congratulated the students during her speech:
"The increase in the number of participants in the project is a clear indicator of the trust shown by higher education institutions in both the project and the organization implementing it. The main goal of the initiative is to support the formation of young people as more active, purposeful, and modern-thinking individuals by presenting their academic and personal achievements to the public. I express my sincere gratitude to the leadership for the trust shown".
Head of the Department of Humanities of AzTU, Həbib Mirzəyev:
"Students are our pride, our source of honor. In general, higher education institutions are not solely defined by providing education. Every citizen of a free country must possess independent, creative thinking abilities. This is a necessary step and is realized through the project. If there are students, we exist too. They should also take advantage of these opportunities created for them".
Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgy Anar Hacıyev:
"As a social structure, the university is a highly complex system. The role of all students present here in the social life of the university is undeniable. You are among the best. I wish you to be able to maintain this successful rhythm. I congratulate each and every one of you once again".
Subsequently, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Energy Lalə Piriyeva and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Information Technologies and Telecommunications Ülviyyə Kərimova congratulated the students.
Finally, certificates of award were presented to the “Brand Students” and a commemorative photo was taken.
