To date, a total of 83,672 students have applied for the purpose of obtaining an Education Student Loan (ESL).
According to information obtained by AzEdu.az from the Education Student Loan Fund, analysis of the applications shows that 971 individuals (1.1%) submitted incomplete applications. This is mainly due to incorrect completion of documents or incomplete submission of required information. The applications of 1,155 individuals (1.5%) are currently in the processing stage, meaning their documents are undergoing verification and approval.
In addition, the applications of 13,980 students (16.7%) resulted in rejection.
One of the most important indicators is that the applications of 67,566 students (80.7%) have been successfully formalized. This proves the program's effectiveness and that the vast majority of applicants meet the required conditions.
Looking at the structure of formalized applications, 23,467 (35%) of them are for social ESL, and 44,099 (65%) are for standard ESL.
