On October 28, during the opening of the first phase of Horovlu village in Jabrayil district, the head of our state was also informed about the school and nursery-kindergarten built here.

It was noted that special attention was paid to ensuring the comfort of the little ones in the 220-place nursery-kindergarten built here. A dining hall, playrooms, and music rooms will be made available to the children in the kindergarten. In addition, administrative, computer, and methodology rooms have been created in the building. Conditions have also been created in the kindergarten's area for children to spend their leisure time interestingly.
A modern full secondary school building with 624 student places has also been built in Horovlu. The school building offers extensive opportunities for high-level education. The classrooms of the educational institution are equipped with necessary teaching materials and equipment. Here, 26 classrooms, chemistry, physics, biology, and informatics, music, drawing, military training rooms, 4 laboratories, and a library will be made available to students. A 180-seat assembly hall, an indoor sports hall, and a dining hall have also been created in the building. An outdoor sports field is also available on the school premises.
