New director appointments have been made to improve management, increase the quality of education, and strengthen human resources potential in general education institutions. Based on the results of competitions and selection stages held during January-September of the current year, new directors have been appointed to a number of schools.
It is interesting to know, how many people have been appointed to the position of director in general education institutions (secondary schools) this year?
Regarding the topic, the AzEdu.az Education Portal sent an inquiry to the Guba-Khachmaz Regional Education Department.
In response to our inquiry, the Department stated that 17 new director appointments have been made to general education institutions operating under the Guba-Khachmaz Regional Education Department during January-September of this year:
"New appointments have been approved based on the results of competitions held among teachers. The appointed individuals will operate in various general and full secondary schools in the districts of Guba, Khachmaz, Gusar, Siyazan, and Shabran".
The schools where new directors have been appointed are as follows:
Hajibaylikand village full secondary school, Khachmaz district;
Sohub village general secondary school named after Abdulali Nabiyev, Guba district;
Zindanmughaj village general secondary school, Gusar district;
Chaykand village full secondary school named after Yavar Shahbazov, Khachmaz district;
Khujbala village full secondary general education school named after Zohrab Akbarov, Guba district;
Yenikand village full secondary general education school named after Vugar Gasimov, Siyazan district;
Kupchalishlag general secondary general education school named after Tofig Abdullayev, Guba district;
Seyidlar village general secondary general education school, Khachmaz district;
Padar village general secondary general education school, Khachmaz district;
Yerfi village general secondary general education school named after Kamil Alipanahov, Guba district;
Anigoba village full secondary general education school, Gusar district;
Sayad village secondary general education school named after Bahram Ahmadov, Khachmaz district;
Amsargishlag village full secondary general education school, Guba district;
General secondary general education school No. 2 named after Oktay Bashirov, Shabran city;
Lajat village full secondary general education school, Khachmaz district;
Kohnə Khudat village full secondary general education school, Gusar district;
Khinalig village general purpose boarding-type general education school named after Rufat Kalibayov, Guba district.
Important tasks have been set before the new directors, such as improving the quality of education, fostering a healthy school environment, and implementing innovative management mechanisms.
The Guba-Khachmaz Regional Education Department stated that these appointments, carried out based on transparent selection mechanisms, will have a positive impact on the development of education in the region.
