In the new academic year, Hacıvar village full secondary school in Babek district, Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, will be put into operation.
AzEdu.az reports that this was stated to “Azerbaijan Teacher” by the press service of the Ministry of Education of the AR.
Construction work is currently nearing completion in the building with a capacity for 456 students. The two-story building features 26 classrooms, STEAM, military training, chemistry, biology, and physics laboratories, computer rooms, a library, a dining hall, a gym, and outdoor sports facilities.
The school also plans to establish vocational classes, a foreign language laboratory, and an assembly hall. The building, constructed on an area of 1.83 hectares, consists of 3 main and 1 auxiliary blocks.
It should be noted that the completion work of the unfinished school in Nehrəm settlement of Babek district is also ongoing. Furthermore, the design of a new kindergarten in Nehrəm settlement of Babek district is also being carried out.
In Qıvraq settlement, the design work for a new school building is underway.
