The Mil-Mughan Regional Education Department announces a competition for recruitment to vacant positions of pre-conscription youth training leader (PCYTL) and psychologist in general education institutions operating under its subordination.
AzEdu.az reports that the competition for the positions of pre-conscription youth training leader and school psychologist consists of 3 stages (registration and document verification, interview, and selection of vacant positions). Individuals who have registered in the appropriate manner will be invited to the next stage of the competition after the conformity of their information in the electronic application is verified.
Individuals wishing to be recruited for the aforementioned positions can register from September 22 until September 26, 2025, through the link .
Individuals meeting the following requirements can participate in the competition.
For the position of pre-conscription youth training leader:
officers with higher military or higher civilian education, in reserve (retired);
warrant officers and sergeants with full secondary education, as well as secondary vocational education, in reserve (retired).
For the position of school psychologist:
higher education in psychology.
