Detailed INFORMATION about the “BilBacar” competition

The “BilBacar” competition, which will start in November 2025 and conclude in June 2026, aims to develop the reading skills of III and IV grade students, as well as to foster intra-class, inter-class, and inter-school competition.

According to information obtained by AzEdu.az, students studying in III and IV grades during the 2025–2026 academic year will participate in the competition. A special BilBacar coordinator will be appointed for each school. Students will be able to access the platform with their UTIS code and password and use the “Preparation” and “Competition” sections.

The “Preparation” section will be open for access at any time and from any location. Each session will consist of two parts, totaling 40+40 minutes, with a 10-minute break in between.

In the “Competition” section, students will participate under the supervision of the BilBacar coordinator. Here, too, sessions will last 40+40 minutes; incorrect answers will not affect the result, and each correct answer will earn 10 points. The dates for the competition sessions will be announced in advance.

The second stage of the competition – the final stage – will be held in person. In this stage, the results of the first stage will be reset, and the winners will be determined in a centralized manner.

In the “Awards” section, schools will compete in the “High Participation” and “High Achievement” nominations. Class results will be determined based on the average of the points they have collected.

Thus, the “BilBacar” competition aims not only to enhance students' reading habits but also to strengthen their interest in learning and foster a healthy competitive environment in education.
