AzEdu.az reports that these words were stated by DPIQ project manager Qadir Khalilov during his speech at an event titled “Distinguish Yourself with Your Education: Global Experience, National Value”.
"There, they present Azerbaijani realities, and after completing their education, they return to work for our country. I am confident that the young people nurtured within this program will continue to contribute to Azerbaijan's development in the future.
I believe that, from this perspective, today is truly a historic day. This is because the next phase of the program will commence in the near future. Document submission will begin approximately one month later, on April 15.
I call upon you and, through you, other young people to actively participate in this program. All information regarding the rules of participation in the program will be explained in detail during the presentation."
