Yesterday, the entrance examination for the master's level was held. After the exam, some bachelors express their dissatisfaction, particularly regarding the difficulty of the logic subject.
Regarding the topic, education expert Elchin Afandiyev (Afandi), who gave a statement to AzEdu.az, noted that the exam duration of 3 hours and 30 minutes is quite sufficient time:
"Some bachelors may face difficulties due to improper time allocation. However, overall, the time allotted for the exam is quite ample. Allocating time for essay writing might pose some difficulty, but trial exams played an important role for this as well. In particular, the trial exam conducted by the State Examination Center last month provided participants with the opportunity to improve themselves and properly manage their time.
Regarding the exam results, my expectation is that the State Examination Center will announce the answers to closed-ended questions by tomorrow at the latest. My general prognosis is that this year's results will be somewhat better compared to last year's first attempt. I do not expect a very sharp difference, but an increase in overall indicators is possible.
In the second attempt exam, bachelors who did not achieve their desired results in the first stage will have the opportunity to improve their scores. If the results for both attempts improve as expected, this could lead to a certain increase in intervals compared to last year.
This year, bachelors are observed to be better prepared for the process, and the increase in the number of participants also supports this. Of course, if the results improve, a certain increase in passing scores for some specialties is also possible. Although this may not apply to all specialties, slight changes may occur in some areas".
