Today, February 2nd, is celebrated as Youth Day.
Youth Day is a special day in our country related to the energy, creativity, and patriotism of young generations. Young teachers working in our country contribute to the development of education. By instilling both knowledge and values in students, they play a crucial role in nurturing the future, making the educational process more vibrant and innovative.
Thanks to the efforts of our young teachers, the education system is constantly being renewed, and the skills and potential of our youth are developed to the maximum extent.
It is interesting to know, how many young teachers are there in Azerbaijan?
AzEdu.az addressed an inquiry to the Ministry of Science and Education regarding the topic.
In response to our inquiry, it was reported that 15,547 teachers under the age of 29 are working in general education institutions across the country.
These figures indicate that the role of young teachers in education in our country is extremely significant.
It should be noted that, according to the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, individuals aged 14 to 29 are considered young.
