Teachers from general education institutions operating under the Baku City and Absheron-Khizi Regional Education Department for various subjects were the first users of the card.

Regarding the topic, AzEdu.az Education Portal sent an inquiry to the Education Development Fund (EDF).
According to information provided by the Education Development Fund in response to our inquiry, TəhsilPlus cards were symbolically presented to teachers who achieved high results in certification exams and distinguished themselves by their activities, within the framework of the event, and they became the first users of the card:
"However, in general, the TəhsilPlus card will cover approximately 450,000 education employees across all educational levels. This includes both pedagogical and administrative staff.
It was stated by the EDF that the TəhsilPlus card will be presented to all education employees operating both in the capital and in the regions. In this regard, teachers working under regional departments will also be provided with the card.
According to information from the Fund, the presentation of the cards will be carried out in a phased and systematic manner. Accountants of educational institutions will be able to order the cards through the bank. This process will be organized in accordance with the mechanism for ordering previous salary cards, and as a result, all education employees will be provided with the TəhsilPlus card in stages," the EDF noted.
