Free psychological assistance will be provided to children in educational institutions.
AzEdu.az reports that this is reflected in the new draft law “On Children's Rights”, which was discussed at today's meeting of the Family, Women and Children Affairs Committee of the Milli Majlis.
According to the draft, free medical and psychological assistance will be provided to children in all educational institutions, regardless of the form of ownership, in accordance with the law.
It should be noted that, according to the currently effective law, children with limited health capabilities have the right to receive out-of-turn medical and defectological assistance in the manner determined by the relevant executive authority, as well as free psychological assistance in the manner determined by the law “On Psychological Assistance”.
