The first attempt of the admission examination for the master's level will be held on February 15, 2026. In this regard, one of the main issues of interest to bachelors is the examination attempts and registration rules.
Specifically, questions have arisen regarding whether individuals who did not register for the first attempt will be able to participate in the second attempt examination.
According to information obtained by AzEdu.az from the State Examination Center, candidates who did not register for the first attempt have the right to participate in the second attempt examination.
These candidates can be admitted to the examination by participating in the registration process that will be announced for the second attempt at the appropriate time.
It should be noted that bachelors, after creating a “Personal Account” on the Center's website at ekabinet.dim.gov.az from January 14 to 26, 2026 (for those who do not have a “Personal Account”), add the required amount (50 AZN) for application to their account in the “Personal Account”.
