By the relevant order of the State Agency for Science and Higher Education, Ahad Mammadov has been appointed Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of Aghjabadi Pedagogical College, while Ismayil Mammadov has been appointed Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of the Food Industry College under Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

Ahad Mammadov received his bachelor's degree in “English Language Teaching” at the Shaki branch of the Azerbaijan Teachers' Institute, and is currently continuing his master's degree in “Organization and Methodology of Training and Education” at ADA University.
A. Mammadov began his professional career in 2017 as an English language teacher at the I. Humbatov Soğanverdilər village full secondary school in Barda district, and also engaged in pedagogical activities at Aghdam district's IDP Full Secondary School No. 93 and Asad Mammadov Full Secondary School No. 1 in Tartar city. He participated in the International Committee of the Red Cross's Economic Security Program, Indiana University's project supporting teachers in the context of global displacement, and trainings held in Switzerland and Jordan in various years.
Ismayil Mammadov received his bachelor's degree in “Regional Studies” at Baku State University, and his master's degree in “Business Organization and Management (Finance)” at Azerbaijan State University of Economics. Over various years, he worked in several private companies and served as the Head of the Human Resources Department at the Research Institute of the Ministry of Defense Industry. Prior to his latest appointment, he worked as a lecturer in the Department of Career Planning and Development at Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
