After graduation exams, the results of applicants annually lead to extensive discussions. Especially those who could not participate in the exam for various reasons, or who could not achieve their desired results due to tension and stress experienced during the exam, frequently ask questions about the possibility of re-participating in the exam.
So, in which cases are applicants granted the right to re-participate in the exam?
Regarding the topic, AzEdu.az Education Portal has sent an inquiry to the State Examination Center.
In response to our inquiry, the Center stated that such a situation is not foreseen:
"Applicants are not granted the right to re-participate in block exams. That is, a person who has participated in the exam and obtained a result cannot retake that block exam. The second stage of the admission exam is held twice. Applicants can participate in both exams or choose only one of them.
However, in graduation exams, problems may arise in some cases due to valid reasons (for example, illness or documents not being in order on time). In such cases, schools submit information about these individuals to the State Examination Center (SEC).
An additional exam is held for these individuals, but the result of that exam is only valid for obtaining a certificate and is not used for university admission," the SEC stated.
